Hello wonderful readers! I’ve been on a short hiatus this year, trying to figure out how to balance my junior year workload with circuit debate and this lovely blog. I’ve decided to try and post twice a week: once for a new book I’ve read and once for a throwback, which will be about a book that I’ve already written about, but want to reiterate how awesome it is!

So, this week, on Throwback Tuesday, I decided to refurbish the review for one of my all-time favorite books, Sinful Cinderella. This book puts an incredible twist on the well-known fairytale of Cinderella and leaves you wanting more (note that “more” can be found in the next book of the series, Sneaky Snow White).

White magic: collected in a bottle, it grows with the owner’s good deeds and allows them to make a wish- any wish.

Ever since her father passed away, Cinderella has been harvesting her white magic. She has not spent a single drop and is awaiting one moment- a moment that will change her life forever.

The night of the famous ball arrives and Cinderella uses her white magic to become irresistible to the Prince, whom she wants to marry so that she can be Queen and seek revenge against her family. However, after arriving at the ball, Cinderella learns that the Prince is an evil man who killed his first wife, and will make her life miserable.

Cinderella tries to take back her wish, but the white magic has been used, and nothing can undo what she asked for. She runs away from the ball, but the Prince vows to find her at any cost.

What happens when he finds her? Happily never after.
