Book Review: Perilous by Cidney Swanson (Book seven of the Ripple series)

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Genre: Supernatural Fiction

Age Recommended: 14 and up

This book was exceptionally well written but I found that it was the hardest to follow in terms of plot because there were many characters and they were all in different parts of the world.

Perilous

——————————————-

George is planning to save the world. The rest of the people think that they are safe, but they’re now. Not until George’s plan succeeds. George is planning to give every person in the world the power to turn invisible. He believes that after this occurs, people will never go hungry and they will always be victorious over their enemies. George believes that he will create the perfect world.

George has also held Katrin in captivity for over a year, after drugging her, hoping that when she wakes up, she will fall in love with him after seeing his creation of the perfect world. When Sam and the others catch scent of his plot, they embark on a mission to save the world.

Moreover, Gwyn elopes with Chretin and her mother is disappointed in her. Will gets the idea from Gwyn to marry Sam but she isn’t ready for such a commitment and Will takes that to mean that she doesn’t want to be with him and leaves her devastated.

Will they figure it all out? Will they be able to stop George?
