Book Review: Childhood Regained (Stories of Hope for Asian Child Workers) compiled and edited by Jodie Renner

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars Genre: Non-fiction Age Recommended: 13 and up This book had about 20 individual stories about children who were sold to places where they were then imprisoned or held by force and then made to work. These stories were quite short but inspiring. However, the beginning of the book had little paragraphs giving a summary of the story, but I found this distracting and unnecessary as the stories themselves were really short, only 5-6 pages. Book Review: Angel of Darkness by Valmore Daniels (Book Five in The Fallen Angels series)

A lot depended on this book in terms of tying together the almost completely unrelated first four. Moreover, all five of these books really had little in common besides characters and the main theme.
