This book was definitely a chilling story and the fact that it was in diary format made the entire thing feel a lot more personal. Also, this would definitely be a book to read for people in high school because of the setting and the nature of the book.

Anonymous is a girl who doesn’t quite enjoy her life. She doesn’t fit in and is always trying to improve her appearance. After she moves to a new neighborhood, she is approached by a girl who invites her to a party. There, they play a game where Anonymous unknowingly tries LSD for the first time.
She is immediately hooked onto the exhilaration and feeling of freedom that the drug brings with it and now starts spending a lot of time (and money) trying new types of drugs.
When she runs away from home and gets into some nasty business, she finally realizes that what she’s doing may kill her.
But is it too late?
